Business professionals in any industry are expected to have professional, current headshots available on request and as part of your business’s digital footprint (e.g., on your personal LinkedIn profile and on your business website). And if your business receives earned media, such as an employee being asked to speak at a professional event or to give a quote for an article, often a headshot and brief biography will be required.

The market rate in our area for an individual headshot session can range from $150 to $500, depending on the number of outfit and background options you would like in the final images you receive. For businesses just starting out or looking to maximize their budget, that can add up when you need headshots for several employees.

The “Build” package makes sure you have what you need to get the job done. It includes one session, up to 20 minutes with one look (outfit). You can select the location from one of our prescouted recommendations or a neutral studio backdrop. You will receive one final retouched image.

  

Member price = $150

The “Grow” package is perfect for those looking to level up. It includes one session, up to 40 minutes with two looks (outfits). This is ideal for those who may want both a business casual look and a business professional look. You can select the location, including one of our prescouted recommendations, a neutral studio backdrop or somewhere of your choosing, such as your company building. If the selected location allows for multiple backdrops, we will also take photos in up to two spots during your session. You will receive two final retouched images.

  

Member price = $300

The “Team” package is great when you have several people in your company who need updated headshots or if you would like a group photo of a small team. It includes one session, up to 60 minutes with one look (outfit) per person, and up to five individuals. You can select the location, including one of our prescouted recommendations, a neutral studio backdrop or somewhere of your choosing, such as your company building. You will receive one final retouched image of each individual and, if desired, one retouched group image.

For groups larger than five, please contact us to receive an estimate.

There is no additional cost for us to come to the location you select in the “Grow” and “Team” packages, if it is less than 25 miles from the Kansas City or Springfield Builders’ office building. For locations more than 25 miles from one of those offices, a travel charge will be assessed. Please contact us for an estimate.
